In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Sirius Black died at the end of the book. Now another very important character Dumbledore, the headmaster of Hogwarts, was killed by Snape Severus. During Dumbledore's funeral, Harry felt his adventure was ended. Death of his strongest protector left Harry in desperation and helpless. "There was no walking from his nightmare, no comforting whisper in the dark that he was safe really, that it was all in his imagination." But watching someone he respected and loved been buried in the dust, also gave Harry courage and power. Though Dumbledore died, his spirit will go on.
Harry Potter and Half-Blood Prince left our readers some keys about the end of Harry Potter's adventure:
First, who is R.A.B? Why will the writer let Dumbledore weak himself for nothing?
Second, J.K. Rowling awlays like to give reader a unexpected end at the last chapter in each of the books. But at the begining of Half-Blood Prince, Rowling told us Snape is a death-eater and he is a double agent. It is quite abnormal. If Snape is a realy death-eater, if he will kill Dumbledore, writer would probably hide him deeply, like the fake mad-eye Moody. Well, Snape killed Dumbledore was enexpect. I think Snape is more than a double-agent. He would be a key character in the last book. Maybe Rowling will give us a reasonable explanation of his previous behavors in the last book.
Third, Why did Dumbledore trust Snape Severus so much? Dumbledore was to say the greatest wizard in the history. If he keeps saying he trust Snape completely, there must be ome reasons other than Snape felt regret to Harry' parents. Maybe at the begining, Snape was a double agent, he told Voldemort a imcomplete prophecy that caused his failure. Why did Dumbledore pleaded:" Severus.....please...."before he died? Why "Snape gazed for a moment at Dumbledore, and there was revulsion and hatred etched in the harsh lines
of his face." It seems Snape really hate Dumbledore. AAAAA~~~~~Confusing!!!!!
